招聘要求: | Main Responsibilities:
-Provide technical support and services to customers of process industry in China
-Identify customer needs and expectations and formulate an offering to meet those needs
-Review service requests for repairs and maintenance, determine nature of problem and recommend appropriate solutions
-Implementation of good safety practice of technical service activity
Requirements:
-Bachelor’s degree or above, major in process automation, electrical and electronics engineering, applied physics or related fields
-Minimum 3 years’ working experience, around 2 years’ customer service or technical support experience in process automation is preferred
-Good communication skills
-Aptitude to work under pressure and independently
-Strong ability of problem solving in fields
-Customer and result oriented
-Committed, responsible and initiative working attitude
-Fluency in spoken and written English is preferred
-Flexibility in travel |
